BODY CONTACT - 2026

This is for '13 players and newer '12s! SSH body contact gets your player ready for the physical side of the game with 3 pointed sessions each focusing on safety and the offensive and defensive physical side of the puck. How to give and receive a check, safety, angling, timing, and overall heads up play will be taught across the three sessions.

Summer Skills - 2026

Solid State Summer Skills is designed for Squirts and older, offering a comprehensive focus on building strong, well-rounded, detailed hockey fundamentals. Each session incorporates general skills training along with targeted instruction in power skating, edge work, shooting, and stick handling. Players will develop confidence on their skates through dynamic edge drills and power skating exercises, while also improving puck control and accuracy with focused shooting and stick handling lessons. Led by experienced coaches, the clinic provides a fun, structured environment that emphasizes both individual skill growth and game-ready application, helping players take their performance to the next level.
